The board voted unanimously on March 26 to schedule public hearings on April 30 and May 28 for regulations addressing water quality testing for rental properties, a kratom sales ban, and mandatory bundled trash and recycling collection services from haulers. Director Hillary Greenberg-Lemos proposed testing parameters targeting rental properties with elevated sodium or nitrate levels to require municipal water connections, with Board Member Dr.
