EASTHAM — Board of Health unanimously approves four residential projects and schedules second hearing. On April 30, the board granted approval for four applications: an addition at 735 Massasoit Rd for Jerry Wray and Christine Sarfati with quarterly septic sampling for two years; a septic-system variance at 75 Knowles St for Barbara Braun-McDonald deferring upgrades until municipal sewer connection within 60 days; a well relocation at 315 Nauset Light Beach Rear for Gale C. Brees with annual sampling required; and a three-bedroom deed restriction for Jeffrey Kaufman's accessory structure at 160 Cross Cart Way.

The board scheduled May 28, 2026 to continue discussion of proposed regulations.
