Board of Health approves four residential septic projects

Eastham Board of Health unanimously approves four residential septic system proposals for environmentally sensitive lots. The board approved projects at 155 Nauset Light Beach Road, 545 Higgins Road, 55 Bonaya Road, and 675 North Sunken Meadow Road, each by a vote of 4-0, with conditions for design, monitoring, and maintenance. One proposal for 235 Pierce Road was continued to February 26 after board members determined an office space appeared to meet the definition of a bedroom, which would result in overutilization of the lot.
