Board of Health approves septic projects, regional health collaboration

EASTHAM — Board of Health approves septic upgrades at five properties, joins regional health partnership. The Board of Health unanimously approved septic system upgrades at five residential properties and accepted an intermunicipal agreement with Outer Cape Wellness during its March 26 meeting. Director Hillary Greenberg-Lemos was appointed to the regional health partnership governance board, with Health Agent Susan Barker as alternate.

Approved projects include innovative alternative septic systems at three locations, a soil absorption upgrade at 25 Jason Drive, and a half bath at 16 Fisher Road, all valid through March 26, 2027. The board continued review of a property at 735 Massasoit Road to April 30 pending updated sampling results.
