EASTHAM — Capital Projects Committee reviews wastewater project bid and schedule. Assistant Town Manager Rich Bienvenue led the committee through discussions of bid alternates and items, cost estimate ranges, prequalification process updates, and project scheduling in relation to permit timing. The committee reviewed status of APEX review comments on project plans and specifications and discussed coordination with regulatory agencies and the State Revolving Fund.
