EASTHAM — The Conservation Commission approved two substantial residential renovation projects with extensive conditions requiring canopy tree replacement and landscaping standards. Michael Rivers and Janet Benjamins moved approval of the Petricca project at 20 Bridge Road, which includes a new septic system, pool, and pool house, with conditions for 2-to-1 canopy tree mitigation and legacy tree review. The Milsky project at 30 Cedar Lane, involving additions, beach stairs reconstruction, and native planting, was similarly approved unanimously.
The commission continued the Town of Eastham's Notice of Intent for alum re-treatment of Herring Pond to August 25, citing incomplete permits and insufficient data on treatment effects.
