Eastham's CPA Committee set an October 28, 2026 application deadline for community preservation projects. During a public hearing, Chair Mary Shaw and Community Development staff Paul Lagg presented the CPA process and answered prospective applicants' questions about the 4:00 p.m. deadline. The committee also unanimously elected Elaine Lipton as Clerk and approved prior meeting minutes from March and June.
Residents have until October 28 to submit completed applications and letters of intent.
