Eastham Conservation approves residential modifications, continues wastewater review

Eastham Conservation Commission approves six residential projects, continues major review. Chair Karen Strauss led unanimous votes on residential determinations and certificates including tree removal with mitigation, deck replacement, and boardwalk construction. The commission also continued review of the town's Phase 1 municipal wastewater system for the Nauset Estuary watershed, a project involving approximately 16 miles of sewer mains and four pump stations, to March 24, 2026.

Six additional applications were also continued to that date.
