Eastham energy committee outlines climate plan implementation strategy

Eastham's energy committee focuses on implementing climate action priorities and prepares for June elections. Committee member Tom McNellis presented a draft process for implementing the town's Climate Action Plan with focus on selecting actions for the town strategic plan, though members identified need for further clarification.
