EASTHAM — Energy committee approves annual report, establishes climate plan review timeline. The Eastham Energy and Climate Action Committee voted unanimously to submit its annual report and established a February 17 deadline for member comments on a draft Climate Action Plan. Committee Chair Tom McNellis will consolidate feedback by February 28.

Members discussed 2026 strategic goals including a clean energy information-sharing program, a community education event on energy reduction, and a no-idling campaign targeting July approval. New electric vehicle chargers have been installed in town; the North Eastham Town Center RFP process has been restarted with an October target release date.
