EASTHAM — The Finance Committee reviewed departmental budgets across elected and general administration, municipal operations, insurance, and debt management at its January 15 meeting. Co-Chair Mary Shaw congratulated Rich Bienvenue on his election as the new Eastham Town Manager and thanked outgoing Town Manager Jacqui Beebe for her service. The committee discussed salary adjustments, new positions, technology expenses, and capital improvement projects.
The Affordable Housing Trust voted to reduce the Community Preservation Act percentage surcharge to assist with wastewater costs.
