EASTHAM — Planning Board approves Bayberry Lane residential project. The Eastham Planning Board voted 6-0 to grant Site Plan Approval to owners Ana R. Davis and David M.
Silverman for demolition and new construction on a lot under 10,000 square feet, with 10 standard conditions including perimeter vegetation buffers and septic design verification. In a separate case, the board continued a residential project at 35 Maria Road to August 19, finding the design overwhelming in scale and massing; abutters opposed, citing increased traffic and noise from a pool.
