EASTHAM — Planning Board discusses zoning amendments in multibody workshop. The Planning Board joined representatives from the Zoning Task Force, Select Board, and Zoning Board of Appeals at a January 28 workshop to review proposed amendments developed by the Task Force, including regulations on recreational vehicles, restrictions on formula businesses and drive-thru facilities, sign codes, and zoning enforcement procedures. Town Manager Jacqui Beebe attended alongside Community Development Director Paul Lagg and Planner Jackie O'Rourke.
The meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m. following two and a half hours of discussion.
