Task Force on Residential Zoning & Regulation · Meeting of June 24, 2026

EASTHAM — The Eastham Zoning Task Force reorganized with Martin Ridge elected Chair, continuing Carolyn McPherson as Vice Chair and Pat Canavan as Clerk. On a motion by Ridge, seconded by Kevin Gatlin, the Task Force voted to recommend to the Town Clerk that the Select Board consider adding Sarah Korjeff and Tracy Vincent as members. The panel discussed plans to revise residential zoning to comply with the Massachusetts Seasonal Communities Act, addressing tiny houses and undersized lots, which staff member Paul Lagg said will likely take two years before reaching Town Meeting.
