Eastham Select Board unanimously adopted four cannabis policy documents including the Social Equity Plan, Application and Approval Process for Marijuana Establishments, Permit Application Form, and Permit/Host Community Agreement Evaluation Form. Chair Suzanne Bryan led the 5-0 vote; Town Manager Rich Bienvenue said staff developed the policies using examples from other communities and Town Counsel review. The board also unanimously accepted a land donation at 0 Old Orchard Road designated Bob's Woods for conservation and public use.
Other unanimous votes approved a utility pole installation on Old Orchard Road and accepted Daniel Coppelman's resignation from the Planning Board.
