The board voted 5-0 to approve Apex bidding and construction phase services, including Owner's Project Manager services; GHD bidding and construction phase services; and Collection System Contracts 1 and 3. The motion was brought by Jamie Demetri and seconded by Jerry Cerasale, with support from Chair Suzanne Bryan, Vice Chair Bob Bruns, and Hope Plavin.
