Eastham Select Board backs FY27 budget and eight zoning amendments. The board voted 5-0 to recommend the General Fund Operating Budget after Assistant Town Manager Rich Bienvenue presented FY27 details on tax impact and key financial pressures. The board also voted 5-0 to recommend eight zoning amendments covering administration, residential intensity, prohibited uses, sign code, inclusionary zoning, setbacks, definitions, and recreational vehicle storage.
On May 19 election procedures, the board voted unanimously to approve early voting by mail and set polling hours from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
