Eastham Select Board closes 2026 town meeting warrant and restructures Community Fund. In unanimous votes, the board closed the warrant and instituted Good Neighbor, Beautification, Endowment, Taxation Aid, and Timothy Smith funds under a unified Community Fund structure. It also approved three aquaculture actions: a half-acre expansion for Sam Carpenter and Darlene Moore, issuance of a license to Michael O'Brien at site N65, and acceptance of relinquishment from Isaiah Hilferty at site N61.

Department fee proposals for water, transfer station, fire, and beach and recreation services were all approved as proposed.
