Eastham Select Board offers internal candidate Rich Bienvenue the Town Manager position. The board voted 4-0 to extend the offer to Bienvenue, who currently serves as Assistant Town Manager. The board also approved Bond Anticipation Notes by unanimous 4-0 vote following a presentation by Executive Assistant Erica Huynh on borrowing terms and conditions.
