Select Board Recommends 18 of 19 Warrant Articles, Rejects Fertilizer Ban

Eastham Select Board endorses 18 of 19 warrant articles for town meeting, rejecting a fertilizer-prohibition measure. The board voted 4-1 against recommending Article 6B while endorsing 18 others for Town Meeting. Licensing approvals included Common Victualler permits for Eastham Ice Cream Inc. dba Ben & Jerry's and Foot-off-First Ventures Inc. dba Sam's Deli, plus an All Alcohol Off-Premise license for Uncorked Beer and Wine at 100 Bracket Road.
The board unanimously approved a preliminary land exchange agreement with the National Park Service for Nauset Light Beach Road and reappointed Kendra Menard to the Board of Registrars.
