Eastham zoning task force advances nine-topic draft bylaw amendments for community input. The Task Force on Residential Zoning and Regulation, chaired by Mary Nee, reviewed proposed amendments covering site plan approval and permitted uses for recreational vehicles, prohibited uses including formula businesses and drive-thru facilities, setback regulations, sign code, site coverage and site plan review, zoning enforcement, bylaw definitions, and inclusionary zoning. Staff will circulate the draft through media, library copies, and public office hours for residents to submit feedback.

Task force members also agreed to establish priorities for fall work before a summer recess.
