Eastham zoning task force prepares amendments for joint board review. The Task Force on Residential Zoning and Regulation, led by Chair Mary Nee, reviewed nine proposed amendments covering site plans for campers and trailers, prohibited uses like formula businesses and drive-thru facilities, setback regulations, sign codes, site coverage, zoning enforcement, and inclusionary zoning. The amendments will be presented to the Select Board, Planning Board, and Zoning Board of Appeals on January 28 at 5 p.m. in the Earle Mountain Room.
