Task Force on Residential Zoning & Regulation · Meeting of February 3, 2026
Eastham zoning task force continues work on nine proposed amendments. Chair Mary Nee and Vice Chair Carolyn McPherson led the task force in a hybrid-session debrief on February 3 regarding feedback from a January 28 joint meeting with the Planning Board, Select Board, and Zoning Board of Appeals. The proposed amendments address site plan approval, permitted and prohibited uses, setback regulations, sign codes, site coverage, zoning enforcement, bylaw definitions, and inclusionary zoning.
Members approved prior meeting minutes and will reconvene on February 17.
