ZBA denies appeal of garage permit

Eastham Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously denies appeal of detached garage permit. Velma Decker, Trustee, challenged a Building Permit No. RBP 25-311 issued by the Building Commissioner to Gary Doolittle for a detached garage at 420 Meetinghouse Road, but the board voted 5-0 to deny the appeal, upholding the permit.
In a separate case, the board continued a Site Plan Approval hearing for George Brencher IV and Bonnie Patten's proposal to demolish and rebuild a dwelling at 155R Nauset Light Beach Road, scheduled to resume March 5, 2026.
