Eastham Zoning Board approves garage setback variance for Seagull Lane property. The board granted John and Jennifer Roche a special permit to build an attached 1.5-story garage at 55 Seagull Lane with a 14.6-foot setback where 25 feet is required. The existing structure already violates setback requirements at 22 feet, with the board finding the proposed 626-square-foot addition would not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood.
The five-member board voted unanimously to approve the permit, 5-0.
