Eastham Zoning Board of Appeals approved two residential demolition and reconstruction special permits on non-conforming properties despite public opposition. The Nauset Light Beach Road project by George Brencher IV and Bonnie Patten won approval 5-0, with the board finding that the proposed new dwelling would reduce site coverage from 21.7 percent to 14.6 percent, bringing that aspect into conformance.
