Eastham Zoning Board unanimously approved a two-story residential addition at 820 Massasoit Road on a non-conforming lot. The board granted site plan approval special permit to owners Scott W. Johnson and Renee McCabe for a 514-square-foot addition, which increases site coverage from 15 percent to 16.94 percent, remaining within the 525.72-square-foot permitted expansion limit.
The board granted four waivers and imposed conditions including down-shielded exterior lighting and verification of bedroom count and septic design with the Health Department prior to permit issuance.
