In a unanimous 5-0 vote on February 5, the board rescheduled both cases to February 9 at 5 p.m. One involves a proposed new dwelling at 155R Nauset Light Beach Road, filed by George Brencher IV and Bonnie Patten; the other concerns an appeal by Velma Decker, Trustee, of a Building Permit for a detached garage at 420 Meetinghouse Road, owned by Gary Doolittle.
