Zoning board continues two appeal hearings to February 9

Eastham's Zoning Board of Appeals postpones hearings on two cases until next Monday. In a unanimous 5-0 vote on February 5, the board rescheduled both cases to February 9 at 5 p.m. One involves a proposed new dwelling at 155R Nauset Light Beach Road, filed by George Brencher IV and Bonnie Patten; the other concerns an appeal by Velma Decker, Trustee, of a Building Permit for a detached garage at 420 Meetinghouse Road, owned by Gary Doolittle.

The board took no substantive action during the five-minute session.
