Eastham ZBA continues variance hearing to April 2. The Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously continued Case No. ZBA-2026-01, in which owners George Brencher IV and Bonnie Patten seek approval to demolish a pre-existing, non-conforming dwelling and construct a new home at 155R Nauset Light Beach Road, with a 4-0 vote.
The board also unanimously approved prior meeting minutes from January 28 and February 5 and 9, 2026, each by 4-0 vote.
