Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of May 7, 2026
Eastham Zoning Board granted expansion permits for Cove Road and tabled two development cases. The board unanimously approved two special permits for Kenneth L. Cundari to increase his garage ridge height by 2 feet and to expand his dwelling on a 17,692-square-foot nonconforming lot in District A, boosting site coverage from 15.1 to 17.4 percent; ten parties in interest supported the proposal, zero opposed.
The board voted unanimously to continue hearings on two demolition-rebuild applications to June 4: one from George Brencher IV and Bonnie Patten at 155R Nauset Light Beach Road and another from Ana R. Davis and David M. Silverman at 11 Bayberry Lane, where attorney Christopher Senie represented objecting neighbors over setback encroachment and scenic view impacts.
