Eastham workshop focuses on proposed residential zoning amendments. The Task Force on Residential Zoning and Regulation met January 28 with representatives of the Select Board, Planning Board, and Zoning Board of Appeals to discuss nine proposed amendments. Task Force Chair Mary Nee presented the work alongside Vice Chair Carolyn McPherson and members Pat Canavan, Kevin Gatlin, and Martin Ridge.

The amendments cover regulations for campers, trailers, and recreational vehicles; prohibited uses including formula businesses and drive-thru facilities; setbacks and sign codes; and an inclusionary zoning bylaw.
