Eastham Conservation Commission approves emergency demolition for erosion-threatened home. Commissioners unanimously authorized a demolition order for 157 Brownell Road with construction protocols due February 13. Chair Karen Strauss also approved dock reconstruction at 76 Old State Highway for Robert and Maxine Seltzer and removal of 23 invasive Japanese Black Pine trees at 18 Horton Way for Gail Bedoukian, requiring 2-to-1 mitigation plantings.
Commissioners continued the Town of Eastham's Notice of Intent for Phase 1 of a municipal wastewater system for the Nauset Estuary watershed, encompassing approximately 16 miles of sewer mains and four pump stations.
