Conservation Commission · Meeting of January 13, 2026

Eastham Conservation Commission escalates enforcement and approves waterfront development projects. The Commission voted unanimously to levy $600 daily in fines on a State Highway property owner for failing to remove U-docks by November 15 and violating a previous dock-removal order. The Commission also unanimously approved a septic upgrade for the Eastham Housing Authority at 5960 State Highway and a stairway reconstruction on a coastal bank by Donna and Daniel McCormick Jr. at 30 Richards Lane.
