EASTHAM — Conservation Commission approves beach stairs project, postpones eight matters due to snow. The Eastham panel unanimously approved Bay Shore Lane Associates's removal and replacement of a lower platform and stairway at 55 Bay Shore Lane, with conditions requiring materials be cut offsite and a 24-hour work notice.
